How to get an Invisible Item Frame (1.20+) Print

  • 0

This is a short tutorial just to show you how you could improve your server spawn areas with simple designs using this trick.

1. While in-game, type this command to get an invisible item frame

/give (your.name) minecraft:item_frame[minecraft:entity_data={id:"minecraft:item_frame",Invisible:1b}]

(if you need more, just click your ↑ arrow key while having your chat open to instantly scroll back to the last message or command you typed!)

2. You can now place this frame anywhere you like, and it will be invisible. You can place an item into it to make things look more realistically placed. Some examples:

(A wall-torch idea a friend of mine came up with, anvil in an invisible item frame + a torch to imitate a sort of Dungeon torch)

3. Extra: You can also use the following command to use glowing item frames if you'd like your item to glow in the dark!

/give (your.name) minecraft:glow_item_frame[minecraft:entity_data={id:"minecraft:glow_item_frame",Invisible:1b}]
