A quick overview of how exactly you can re-create a new world for you and your friends on your Minecraft Server, it is quick and easy. Make sure to save the world files if you'd like to use them in the future, you can import them back into a server if needed.
1. Head to your Game panel.
2. Turn off your server first.
3. There is a tab called Files, go there.
4. Inside here, you'll see all the files your server needs. Find the folders names World, World_Nether, and World_The_End, and delete them.
5. When they are gone, you can now turn your server back on and expect it to generate a new world.
